Maintains a customer-first showroom environment while driving accountability, operational excellence, employee development, and achievement of sales and profitability goals.

Sell and demonstrate vehicles, build customer relationships, advocate for customers during sales, maintain product presentation and inventory knowledge, complete manufacturer certification and training, follow up on leads, and support recruiting and training efforts.
