Develop, optimize, and standardize multi-axis CNC machining processes for advanced ceramics manufacturing. Program mills, lathes, and grinders; support new product introduction; troubleshoot and maintain equipment; interpret drawings, GD&T, and CMM reports; conduct inspections, SPC, experiments, and Lean Six Sigma improvements. Mentor programmers and machinists, provide training, and support machining standards across multiple facilities through remote and on-site technical assistance.

The AI Deployment Engineer will build, deploy, and scale AI solutions while collaborating across departments to ensure successful implementation and support of operational workflows.

Build, deploy, support, and scale AI-enabled enterprise applications, automations, integrations, and internal tools. Translate business workflows into governed production solutions, establish reusable deployment and support patterns, and assist citizen developers. Collaborate across IT, manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and other functions on testing, security, documentation, adoption, monitoring, and handoff. Measure business value, troubleshoot applications, and guide responsible AI use.
