Lead Workday reporting strategy for higher education: design Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports; implement row-level security and role-based access; partner with HR/Finance/Payroll/Institutional Research; support regulatory and executive reporting; manage testing, validation, and user training while ensuring governance and data standards.

Implement, configure, and support Workday Supply Chain Management modules; analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support testing, deployment, and enhancements.

Lead data migration strategy and execution for acquisition-driven and Workday-to-Workday tenant consolidations, including mid-year payroll cutover planning, payroll parallel testing, benefits and 401(k) validation, ring-fencing configuration, and hands-on data load and validation.
