The role requires extended standing, repetitive physical work, lifting up to 75 pounds, reliable transportation, approved steel-toed boots, strong English communication, and dependable teamwork. This is a full-time temporary-to-hire position with immediate start potential.

Owns strategic North American B2B accounts across industrial and electrical markets. Responsibilities include developing commercial strategies, managing sales budgets, pricing, margins, forecasts, profitability, negotiations, contracts, business development, customer relationships, and new product introductions. Coordinates with production, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure quality, delivery, and capacity alignment. Requires extensive industrial account management or sales experience, ERP knowledge, fluent English, and customer travel.

Leads the quality management system, laboratory operations, ISO certifications, audits, compliance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs for a manufacturing organization. Oversees quality control, testing, metrology, supplier quality, customer complaints, APQP and PPAP activities, document control, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecard reporting. Coordinates internal and external audits while driving Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives across engineering, production, supply chain, laboratory, and management teams.
