Lead cost control and forecasting for a major UK nuclear infrastructure programme. Maintain cost data, forecasts, reporting, governance, and Power BI dashboards; analyze trends, risks, issues, and opportunities; integrate cost information with schedule, risk, and change controls; and present insights to senior stakeholders. Provide direction to junior cost engineers and deliver training across programme teams. The role requires extensive senior project controls experience in complex, regulated environments.

Develop and validate construction schedules and schedule estimates, define estimate assumptions, coordinate cost and risk inputs, support QSRA, manage project interfaces, review supplier submissions, and secure stakeholder agreement. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, knowledge of schedule integration and change control, familiarity with NEC or FIDIC contracts, and prior SC clearance. Hybrid work is based in Glasgow with two onsite days per week.

Own and coordinate robust construction schedules for infrastructure programmes. Develop schedule estimates and bases of estimate, maintain schedule quality and governance, review contractor submissions, manage interfaces, and support cost, risk, QSRA, and stakeholder activities. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, construction or infrastructure experience, schedule ownership, contract knowledge, and valid DV or SC clearance with willingness to undergo DV clearance.
