Answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance appointments, convert inquiries into bookings, manage customer communications, document records in ServiceTitan, handle emergencies, follow up with customers, and support renewals and financing opportunities. The role requires meeting performance goals, coordinating with dispatch and technicians, and participating in a weekly after-hours on-call rotation.

Oversee Green Club Membership program administration, analyze ServiceTitan and membership data, develop reports and dashboards, identify operational risks, and recommend process improvements. The role coordinates across Maintenance, Dispatch, Call Center, and Marketing; evaluates seasonal demand and scheduling capacity; investigates discrepancies and customer issues; and provides actionable insights to leadership and Marketing. It requires independent judgment, strong organization, analytical problem-solving, and effective cross-functional communication.

Receives and stores incoming shipments, inspects inventory for damage, maintains accurate inventory records, and supports organized warehouse operations. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and occasional Saturday availability. A valid driver’s license is required; HVAC experience and ServiceTitan CRM knowledge are preferred.
