Oversee safety compliance across multiple construction projects. Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents and near misses, lead safety talks and training, ensure OSHA and contractor compliance, communicate safety issues to project stakeholders, and recommend corrective actions, policies, and process improvements. The role also supports onboarding, documentation, regulatory adherence, and field staff coaching.

Produce accurate, constructible electrical BIM models using Revit; maintain model accuracy and standards; generate drawings, schedules, and quantities; attend BIM coordination meetings; support electrical prefabrication, layouts, and as-built documentation.
