Coordinates offshore developers, performs UAT, supports CRM and marketing automation integrations, and documents CMS processes. The role requires hands-on HTML, CSS, CMS, SEO, web analytics, and digital experience technology expertise, along with independent judgment, project coordination, and strong attention to quality and consistency.

Provides independent legal support for corporate entity formation, maintenance, dissolution, closings, securities filings, legal opinions, due diligence, corporate records, capitalization tables, and equity records. Researches Blue Sky requirements, coordinates transaction documentation, and trains junior paralegals and case assistants under attorney supervision.
