Provide on-site and first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, telephones, mobile devices, peripherals and AV systems. Manage tickets and inventory, perform installs, troubleshooting, conference room and video-conference support, coordinate repairs with vendors, assist with office moves and ergonomic setups, participate in pilots and QA, and act as liaison in absence of technology manager.
