Designs, delivers, and maintains technology learning programs for attorneys and business professionals. Creates curricula, instructor-led courses, videos, documentation, guides, and assessments; provides classroom and one-on-one coaching; coordinates training projects and rollouts; manages LMS registrations and completion records; diagnoses technology performance issues; supports QA and documentation; and partners with Technology, HR, and Administration to improve adoption and user effectiveness.

Lead omnichannel search and paid media strategy, own the ad-tech/search stack, manage onshore strategists and offshore agencies, optimize SEO/metadata and ROAS, drive attribution and performance reporting, collaborate with practice and brand teams for campaign amplification, develop AI-driven search roadmap, oversee paid media budget and compliance, and supervise and mentor direct reports.

Leads the firm's virtual programming strategy and owns virtual event platforms, vendor relationships, production standards, analytics, and technology roadmaps. Manages production and support teams, develops scalable digital event playbooks, and connects virtual experiences to marketing campaigns, client journeys, and nurture programs. Oversees event quality, stakeholder coordination, audience engagement, and on-demand content. Supervises and mentors employees while supporting hiring, performance management, staffing, and professional development.
