Manage campaign governance, real-time optimization, MarTech roadmap input, cross-channel collaboration, and supervise direct reports to drive measurable business outcomes.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, interviewers and agencies, manage applicant tracking in Workday, run background/conflict/reference checks, process agency agreements and invoices, and provide administrative HR support for business professional hiring across the US.
