Serve as strategic marketing lead for M&A, PE, and Capital Markets practice: develop directory and pitch strategies, market/competitive intelligence, GTM and content requirements, sponsorship ROI and event follow-up, oversee practice marketing materials, collaborate with content/creative and pursuits teams, and manage/mentor direct reports to drive business development outcomes.

Provide administrative and logistical support to Associate Development Managers, including coordinating meetings and events, preparing communications and reports on attorney utilization and transitions, managing mentoring and talent program logistics, assisting with departures and restaffing, submitting expense reports, proofreading, and other general administrative tasks.

Support associate staffing, utilization, onboarding, integration, performance reviews and professional development within the Cyber/Data/Privacy practice. Track and analyze associate metrics, coordinate hiring and onboarding with Legal Talent, implement training and licensure compliance, champion diversity and wellness initiatives, and provide coaching and mentoring to support associate growth.
