The Senior Contractor Recruiter will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee full-cycle recruiting for B2B roles, focusing on Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and mentoring hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.

Lead front-end and full-stack development for Growth: build React/Next.js experiences, design cloud backends and APIs, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product/Design, set roadmap/OKRs, ensure testing, CI, and high-quality, high-performance releases.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack services and internal tools for Fulfillment, Logistics, and Labor Tracking. Own features end-to-end, improve architecture and reliability, write tests, participate in on-call rotation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and operations stakeholders.
