The Sustainability Associate monitors and enforces sustainable practices at CookUnity facilities, focusing on waste management, compliance, and team training to achieve sustainability goals.

Lead fulfillment, food-safety, warehouse, and logistics operations to improve customer satisfaction and operational profitability. Build and train fulfillment/logistics teams, manage courier relationships, ensure health and safety compliance, apply Lean/continuous-improvement practices, collaborate with Customer Experience to resolve delivery exceptions, and troubleshoot complex logistics challenges to scale operations cost-effectively.

As a Meal Plating Associate, you will assemble meals into trays, ensure quality and presentation, support production goals, and collaborate with kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
