The Group Leader is responsible for leading production personnel in the fabrication, assembly, packaging, and inspection of medical devices while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

This role focuses on the functionality and safety of medical devices, managing design and integration across firmware, software, and hardware. Responsibilities include developing specifications, conducting risk management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Lead and perform FEA and CFD analyses to support medical device design, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support experiments and regulatory submissions, develop and standardize CAE methods, manage projects, and mentor junior staff.
