Lead Voice of Employee listening and analytics programs: design surveys, collect and analyze structured and unstructured data, deliver actionable EX insights, build dashboards, partner with HR and technical teams to operationalize AI-enabled analytics, and manage research projects end-to-end.

Lead product and process remediation and sustainment for commercial medical devices. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple project timelines, analyze risk (FMEA/CEA), follow Design Control and regulatory standards, develop design inputs, and create/execute verification and validation test plans.

Lead and coordinate R&D development for interventional specialty devices (embolization). Track prototypes and test materials, support V&V and test houses, provide on-site line support and troubleshooting in manufacturing/test environments, coordinate cross-functional teams, document designs and processes per quality/regulatory requirements, mentor engineers, and contribute to invention disclosures/patents. Hybrid role based in Bloomington, IN with global travel.
