Collaborate on product and technology strategy, engineering practices, and team development while delivering value quickly across 6–24 month consulting assignments. Work includes Linux-based systems, device drivers, hardware buses, real-time systems, build tooling, and CI processes.

Lead AI as a core consulting business area by identifying client automation opportunities, educating stakeholders, and delivering complex AI and data projects from concept through implementation. Run workshops, conduct analyses, guide product integrations and user training, support sales, and help make the company more AI-driven. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams while reporting directly to the CEO.

Build and scale backend Java applications with end-to-end ownership of services, code, architecture, testing, automation, and outcomes. Work in cloud-native environments using containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Terraform. Support full-stack delivery across frontend, integrations, infrastructure, and data flows while contributing quickly to client projects as a senior consultant.
