Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings; support tax provisions, audits, reconciliations, research, and financial reporting. Partner with Finance, Accounting, external advisors, and stakeholders on tax matters, compliance, risk management, and business initiatives. Improve tax processes, documentation, systems, and workflows while helping build a scalable tax function.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and tax-related work. Review deliverables, resolve complex accounting issues, improve processes and controls, coach junior accountants, and advise founders, CFOs, and senior finance teams. The role requires independent decision-making, strong client communication in English, and ownership of deadlines and client relationships.
