Build and operate production platforms for AI agents, LLM workflows, and MCP servers across Kubernetes. Responsibilities include GitOps deployments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated software and LLM evaluation gates, sandbox isolation, secrets management, progressive delivery, observability, tracing, rollback processes, and runtime reliability. The role also develops reusable deployment templates, enforces security and release standards, and coaches engineering teams.

Leads a full-stack engineering team transitioning to AI-native development. Owns architecture, hands-on software delivery, agentic coding workflows, APIs, cloud-native platforms, frontend architecture, security, quality, observability, and delivery planning. Establishes human oversight for AI-generated code, manages releases and technical debt, and hires and mentors engineers while communicating progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and clients.

Leads the engineering organization, defines technical strategy, oversees architecture and software delivery, and ensures scalable, secure, high-quality systems. Drives AI-enabled engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, technical modernization, and operational efficiency. Builds and develops engineering leadership, manages performance and resources, resolves technical challenges, and aligns engineering execution with product, business, and executive priorities.
