Audits customer calls and AI-generated outcomes, reviews transcripts, analyzes keywords and patterns, performs root cause analysis, validates Excel/CSV data, and helps build dashboards and reports. The intern will use SQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and web technologies while translating findings into clear charts and business presentations. Training is provided in call auditing, data cleaning, customer conversation analysis, dashboard development, and AI-generated data validation.

Supports cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution of AI-powered voice and chatbot projects. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans and task trackers, monitoring milestones, documenting requirements and meetings, preparing status reports and dashboards, coordinating stakeholders, identifying risks and blockers, tracking KPIs, and improving project processes.

Manage enterprise SaaS implementation projects from planning through deployment. Coordinate clients and cross-functional Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams; oversee integrations and configurations; identify risks and resolve blockers; optimize implementation processes; track KPIs; and produce project status reports. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, technical understanding of APIs and cloud deployment, and familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
