Own end-to-end B2B SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handover. Manage enterprise clients, stakeholder expectations, risks, timelines, dependencies, and escalations. Lead implementation teams, coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, and ensure successful integrations and deployments. Build scalable processes, governance, reporting, SOPs, and implementation playbooks while driving quality, efficiency, and customer success.

Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships, drive product adoption and value realization, support retention, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Conduct client training, webinars, workshops, and weekly meetings with customer points of contact. Engage decision-makers, understand strategic goals, resolve issues, gather feedback, and coordinate with sales to expand customer accounts.

Supports cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution of AI-powered voice and chatbot projects. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans and task trackers, monitoring milestones, documenting requirements and meetings, preparing status reports and dashboards, coordinating stakeholders, identifying risks and blockers, tracking KPIs, and improving project processes.
