Own the reliability, security, and performance of cloud applications and infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Investigate and resolve production incidents, manage infrastructure with Terraform, execute deployments, implement security controls, maintain monitoring, and develop operational documentation. The role also supports audits, incident-response practices, on-call escalation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Support utility client implementations and onboarding by preparing project materials, configuring and testing product programs, tracking tasks and risks, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining documentation. The role focuses on client communication, project follow-through, process improvement, and learning through a six-month early-career development program.

Supports onboarding, employee records, HR systems, employee questions, recruiting coordination, engagement events, reporting, audits, and process improvements. Participates in a six-month emerging talent development program and leads an HR impact project. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and interest in building an HR career.
