Prioritize developer experience, mentor engineers, align with CTO and product, and deliver high-quality, simple, and secure platform surfaces while operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

Lead and grow the Infra team while remaining hands-on: design and maintain global cloud infrastructure, own the database and sync layer, improve performance and reliability, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and set engineering standards and priorities in partnership with the CTO.

As a Software Engineer at Convex, you'll develop APIs and AI integrations, enhance platform usability, and collaborate with the team on various projects to improve developer tools.
