Teams at Kit (Formerly ConvertKit)

Manage Kit’s Chicago creator studio, including bookings, creator greetings, studio logistics, equipment, basic technical troubleshooting, upkeep, vendors, and building management. Build relationships within the Chicago creator community, identify qualified leads for Sales, promote studio utilization through Customer.io campaigns, host events, and capture on-camera content. The role requires approximately 29 on-site hours weekly, plus compensated event support.

Own core publishing products including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Identify opportunities, define product vision and strategy, prioritize work, partner with engineering and design, ship major initiatives, measure outcomes, and improve content creation experiences for hundreds of thousands of creators. The role requires strong product judgment, quantitative analysis, systems thinking, AI fluency, visual craft, autonomy, and cross-functional influence.
