Part-time Executive Assistant supporting the CEO through inbox and calendar management, email drafting, travel booking, meeting preparation, event coordination, and workflow documentation. The role requires strong judgment, writing, business acumen, initiative, discretion, and comfort working autonomously in a remote environment. The contractor will also improve processes, implement an AI-powered automation, document workflows in Notion, and provide local logistical support in Boise when needed.

Own core publishing products including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Identify opportunities, define product vision and strategy, prioritize work, partner with engineering and design, ship major initiatives, measure outcomes, and improve content creation experiences for hundreds of thousands of creators. The role requires strong product judgment, quantitative analysis, systems thinking, AI fluency, visual craft, autonomy, and cross-functional influence.
