Own and improve Kit’s production infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes, databases, networking, CI/CD, monitoring, and platform tooling. Lead upgrades, incident response, cost optimization, documentation, and self-service paved paths. Participate in a three-person on-call rotation and build reliable infrastructure that supports engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents.

Senior Legal Counsel serving as Kit’s in-house expert for product, privacy, data, AI, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and customer security matters. The role advises product, engineering, sales, security, and executive teams; manages GDPR and data compliance; supports security questionnaires; and builds scalable legal playbooks, intake processes, templates, and self-service guidance. The position requires strong U.S. and European privacy law knowledge, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a remote technology company.

Serve as Kit’s sole in-house legal expert, advising executives and cross-functional teams on privacy, data, AI, compliance, product legal issues, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and customer security requirements. Develop scalable legal playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance. Lead GDPR and data compliance reviews, support security questionnaires, manage legal workflows, and reduce reliance on outside counsel while enabling fast, commercially aligned business decisions.
