Senior Legal Counsel serving as Kit’s in-house expert for product, privacy, data, AI, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and customer security matters. The role advises product, engineering, sales, security, and executive teams; manages GDPR and data compliance; supports security questionnaires; and builds scalable legal playbooks, intake processes, templates, and self-service guidance. The position requires strong U.S. and European privacy law knowledge, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a remote technology company.

Serve as Kit’s sole in-house legal expert, advising executives and cross-functional teams on privacy, data, AI, compliance, product legal issues, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and customer security requirements. Develop scalable legal playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance. Lead GDPR and data compliance reviews, support security questionnaires, manage legal workflows, and reduce reliance on outside counsel while enabling fast, commercially aligned business decisions.

Serve as Kit’s sole in-house legal expert, advising executives and cross-functional teams on product counsel, privacy, data, AI, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, security requirements, and scalable legal processes. Lead GDPR and data compliance, customer security questionnaires, legal playbooks, intake systems, and self-service guidance while reducing reliance on outside counsel and supporting product development across Kit’s creator-focused technology ecosystem.
