Supports the setup, coordination, and ongoing management of customer programs across global and enterprise accounts. Coordinates stakeholders, maintains program standards and playbooks, deploys processes and tools, manages engagement logistics, monitors metrics, compiles reports, supports compliance, resolves operational issues, and helps implement service improvements and new capabilities.

Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services low-voltage security, fire alarm, life safety, building automation, access control, camera, and communication systems. Interprets blueprints and schematics, performs wiring and diagnostics, supports customers and project leads, trains less-experienced installers, maintains safety and quality standards, and coordinates onsite installation work. Occasional travel is required.

Assists with planning, scheduling, execution, budgeting, financial reporting, customer interface, risk management, and cost and deadline control for technical projects. The role supports project managers across building automation, fire alarm, electronic security, and related systems projects, while helping ensure customer satisfaction, positive cash flow, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
