Oversee the full lifecycle of customer and subcontractor contracts, including complex negotiations, addendums, compliance, risk assessment, document processing, bonding, insurance, lien procedures, and government contracting requirements. Supervise and develop contract personnel, enforce workflow standards, maintain contract reporting systems, support bids and prequalifications, and collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, project teams, and customers.

Manage small to medium technical projects from award through completion, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Translate customer needs into proposals and implementation plans, coordinate project teams, procurement, materials, services, and subcontractors, establish milestones, analyze costs, maintain project records, and maximize customer satisfaction. The role also includes client communication, financial control, team leadership, mentoring, and limited managerial responsibilities.
