Provides administrative and coordination support for multiple installation projects. Responsibilities include project setup, task and issue tracking, status updates, cost and budget monitoring, reporting, purchase orders, material tracking, invoicing, records management, client communication, and project closeout. Coordinates with project managers, purchasing, warehouse, engineering, sales, service, safety, and accounts receivable teams to support timely, on-budget delivery.

Manages technical projects from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation, subcontractor oversight, quality assurance, customer communication, risk management, invoicing, and closeout. The role manages projects typically valued up to $1 million and ensures delivery within schedule, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction targets. Technical environments include building automation, fire alarm, electronic security, and audiovisual systems.

Generates new business and expands existing accounts for service and installation solutions. Develops customer relationships, targets opportunities across defined markets, creates proposals and project plans, reviews costs, manages contracts and scope of work, mitigates project risks, and communicates schedules and changes. The role also supports customer satisfaction, collections, team collaboration, and mentoring while selling integrated electronic, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation solutions.
