Perform application engineering, programming, troubleshooting, start-up, and check-out of larger low-voltage projects (fire, security, building automation). Act as technical support contact, ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule, maximize customer satisfaction, and perform other assigned duties.

Monitor CCTV and badge access, observe and report emergency and non-emergency events, dispatch appropriate personnel, coordinate responses with management and stakeholders, and monitor facility emergency communications. Provide customer-focused service and comply with state and federal licensing requirements.

The Program Manager leads and coordinates programs for Convergint’s global accounts, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction while overseeing communication and project execution.
