Manage technical onboarding for new customers: deploy and validate RMM, PSA, Microsoft 365, and security tools; coordinate onboarding projects and schedules; lead check-ins; create and maintain documentation and SOPs; ensure smooth handoffs to Service Desk and Service Delivery teams.

Generate new revenue for managed services, IT, and cybersecurity by prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn), hosting presentations/webinars, developing proposals and quotes, responding to RFPs, managing pipeline in HubSpot/CRM, collaborating with marketing, entering time/expenses into ERP, and meeting sales quotas.

Lead and deliver technical IT projects (server, network, cloud, mail, MDM, VoIP) on time and within budget. Perform deployments, migrations, documentation, QA/audits, stakeholder communication, mentor staff, and maintain professional services standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
