Teams at Convergence Networks

Serve as primary customer contact to drive adoption, retention, and growth of managed IT and cybersecurity services. Coordinate internal teams, manage escalations, establish operating cadences, perform account mapping, run value and renewal conversations, identify churn risk, and lead strategic engagements for large, complex accounts.

Designs technology solutions for managed services clients by analyzing business requirements, evaluating platforms and vendors, defining architectures, preparing budgets and detailed quotes, and supporting client meetings. The role focuses on cloud and on-premises networking, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, security controls, migrations, troubleshooting, and solution implementation. It also provides technical mentorship, escalation guidance, documentation, and continuous improvement of technology standards.

Designs and architects managed IT solutions for clients, including networking, cloud migrations, Microsoft 365, security, integrations, and scalable infrastructure. Analyzes requirements, researches technologies and vendors, develops proposals, budgets, quotes, and client presentations, and supports professional services and sales teams. Provides technical mentorship, escalation guidance, and support for solution implementation and continuous improvement. The role may involve occasional travel to customer sites or company offices.
