Lead and oversee a portfolio of DOE architecture‑engineering task orders, managing schedule, budget, scope, subcontract administration, design submittals, client communications, risk escalation, meetings, and project closeout while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and performing technical review (without serving as engineer of record).

Support consulting team on energy resilience and national security policy through research, policy and regulatory analysis, drafting client deliverables, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement including workshop facilitation and partnership support. Assist senior staff with task tracking, meetings, and client communications.
