Develops regional growth plans for wholesale and partnered cyber insurance strategies. Builds and manages broker relationships through territory visits, identifies new accounts, supports renewals, communicates product and coverage capabilities, monitors partner performance, and connects brokers with underwriting, claims, and security teams. Supports partnered insurance programs from lead generation through go-to-market execution, primarily across the assigned region.

Handles primary first-party cyber insurance claims from initial notice through resolution, including coverage analysis, claim correspondence, customer and broker coordination, vendor and counsel management, and claim trend analysis. The role includes structured training toward independent claim handling, collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and risk teams, licensing support, and occasional industry representation. Fully remote with up to 10% travel.

Leads cyber liability underwriting strategy and performance, including delegating authority, approving referrals, assessing risk, conducting peer reviews, and monitoring market developments. Manages carrier and reinsurer relationships, identifies underwriting opportunities, and collaborates with senior leadership on business and talent strategy. Oversees underwriters and loss control representatives, including hiring, training, performance management, and achievement of organizational KPIs.
