Manage day-to-day international benefits and global leave programs, vendor relationships, invoicing, and compensation activities. Lead benefits, retirement, wellbeing, and pay initiatives, perform market benchmarking and pay analysis, drive employee engagement and communications, ensure compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams on forecasting, budgeting, and M&A integrations.

Coordinates customer and banking partner payment inquiries, identifies received funds, and resolves payment investigations. The role acts as a communication bridge between correspondent banks and internal teams, ensuring service-level agreements, performance targets, and client expectations are met. Responsibilities require accurate, timely investigation handling, stakeholder relationship management, and effective written and verbal communication in a high-volume environment.

Generates net-new pipeline and closes strategic channel partnerships across North America, primarily in payroll and pension payments. Develops territory strategy, targets qualified partners, leads consultative discovery and complex negotiations, coordinates cross-functional teams, and manages partner handoffs. The role requires expertise in B2B business development, channel sales, cross-border payments, foreign exchange, integrated APIs, commercial structuring, and executive stakeholder engagement.
