Build and grow a referral partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing external partners. Provide enablement, maintain relationships, monitor lead quality and pipeline performance, and improve partner engagement and conversion. The role requires partnership or channel sales experience, commercial negotiation skills, and strong relationship management.

Manage a portfolio of 60–80 corporate Canadian customers, handling foreign exchange and payments requirements, executing FX deals, retaining clients, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, proactively engage clients, and provide FX risk management solutions. The role requires foreign exchange sales or dealing experience, English and Mandarin fluency, quantitative education, and Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

Research target accounts, prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities, collect customer and market data, book qualified meetings, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. The role generates sales pipeline, documents customer insights, and supports effective handoffs to Account Executives while offering a pathway into broader business development and account executive positions.
