Teams at Conveo

Owns end-to-end US event execution and growth across conferences, virtual activations, VIP events, and industry engagements. Responsibilities include booth and vendor management, logistics, budgets, speaker placements, lead capture, sales coordination, pipeline reporting, post-event analysis, and relationship development. The role manages multiple events across US cities, builds scalable execution processes, expands Conveo’s market presence, and supports measurable revenue generation through in-person and virtual events.

Own Conveo’s contract lifecycle operations, including drafting, redlining, negotiating, templating, and tracking SaaS agreements. Support data privacy, corporate legal matters, risk management, and external counsel coordination. Build AI-powered legal workflows, playbooks, and self-service processes that accelerate enterprise deal execution and reduce legal bottlenecks. Partner closely with sales and internal teams to provide pragmatic, actionable legal guidance.

Own enterprise client relationships from onboarding through expansion. Lead onboarding, stakeholder training, adoption, first-project coaching, executive relationship development, advocacy, and account expansion in partnership with sales. The role focuses on making clients successful and autonomous on Conveo’s AI research platform, with regular travel to client locations in a relationship-first environment.
