Own enterprise client relationships from onboarding through expansion. Lead onboarding, stakeholder training, adoption, first-project coaching, executive relationship development, advocacy, and account expansion in partnership with sales. The role focuses on making clients successful and autonomous on Conveo’s AI research platform, with regular travel to client locations in a relationship-first environment.

Build and own full-stack product features from customer problem through launch. Lead frontend architecture with React and TypeScript, design APIs, work with PostgreSQL, manage asynchronous workflows, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP. Develop AI-powered features using LLM APIs and prompt engineering, participate in customer calls, shape product direction, and independently lead projects in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Build and own internal full-stack tools and agentic apps from UX to infrastructure. Ship Slack/React interfaces, APIs, backend async pipelines, and AI-powered features using LLM APIs and prompt engineering. Embed with teams to translate user needs into production features, iterate quickly, and maintain systems on Vercel, AWS, Supabase, and BigQuery.
