As Design Lead at Conveo, you will create a scalable design system, oversee diverse design outputs, and manage design operations to enhance brand consistency and quality.

Lead and coach a 5-person East Coast AE team while carrying an individual quota. Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline (MEDDICC), refine playbooks, recruit and ramp reps, and represent Conveo in senior customer conversations and events to scale enterprise SaaS/Martech/AI revenue.

Lead and coach a West Coast sales team (~5 AEs) while carrying your own enterprise quota. Run full-cycle strategic deals, maintain forecast accuracy, enforce pipeline rigor (MEDDICC), refine playbooks, and collaborate with marketing/BDR/customer success. Recruit and ramp AEs, represent Conveo externally, and drive revenue growth for AI/SaaS research products.
