Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outbound campaigns, client visits, pitching, closing, CRM documentation, account expansion, and retention. Build trusted client relationships, understand operational needs, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and collaborate with Operations to improve client experience. The role requires French and English fluency, logistics operations expertise, and regular client visits in Paris.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition across France, the UK, and the US, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder partnership, interviewing, offers, candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting metrics, and process improvement. The role also supports interview and diversity training initiatives and explores AI applications to improve recruitment operations.

Support the account management team with art shipping and client management, quoting clients, booking shipments, and suggesting process improvements.
