Performs accounts receivable and billing duties: review and submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers; follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate denials; interpret EOBs; provide customer service for billing inquiries while following HIPAA; and perform other billing tasks as assigned.

This role partners with the General Manager to drive commercial performance, manage financial plans, and provide insights for business growth in Convatec Canada.

Sell Convatec medical products within an assigned territory: achieve sales targets, manage key accounts, develop product expertise, train hospital staff, report market and complaint data, coordinate with distributors, and execute marketing and education activities to grow business.
