Serve as an IT Business Analyst for a global medical devices company: elicit and document business and system requirements, create BRDs/FRDs and process models, liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, support testing and UAT, propose system improvements, and ensure successful project delivery and handover to operations.

Plan and execute product launch and growth strategies across consumer channels. Develop integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, manage digital performance tracking, and optimize channel and campaign metrics. Build KOL/influencer partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams and distributors, and support product commercialization to drive brand awareness and sales.
