Leads Convatec’s global Workforce Administration function, overseeing employee lifecycle services, onboarding, data management, leave administration, documentation, offboarding, compliance, and operational controls. The role manages geographically dispersed teams, drives standardization and service transformation, partners with HR technology and People functions, implements automation and self-service solutions, monitors KPIs and SLAs, and improves employee and manager experiences across a global business services model.

Manages a West Michigan territory by promoting and selling medical services to healthcare facilities, maintaining existing client relationships, and developing new accounts through cold calling. Responsibilities include territory routing, field and office collaboration, budget and documentation management, Medicare information coordination, competitor analysis, insurance opportunity assessment, manufacturer collaboration, and completion of required DME certifications. Travel and overnight stays within the territory are required.

Manage and deliver internal audits across financial and operational processes, assessing controls and business risks. Plan, execute, report, and follow up on audit assignments; supervise work when needed; collaborate with risk, insurance, controls, and compliance teams; advise senior stakeholders; and support continuous improvement of the Internal Audit function.
