Serve as the strategic technical advisor for complex enterprise customers, owning technical health, adoption, optimization, and value realization. Lead assessments, release planning, architecture guidance, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, renewals, expansion support, and executive reviews. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product to strengthen customer relationships and ensure successful outcomes.

Administer, review, interpret, negotiate, and maintain enterprise SaaS contracts throughout their lifecycle. Support APAC and North American customer and vendor negotiations, assess commercial, privacy, security, financial, and operational risks, coordinate approvals and signatures, maintain contract records and obligations, monitor renewals, and provide practical guidance to cross-functional stakeholders. The role also supports compliance reviews, due diligence, reporting, contract governance, and process improvements.
