Lead strategic, cross-functional projects across Product, R&D, Security, IT, Legal, and other teams. Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, stakeholder alignment, status reporting, and follow-through. Translate broad goals into structured workstreams and actionable deliverables, improve operational processes, and use AI tools to support planning, documentation, communication, and workflow automation.

Deploys and operates ControlUp’s large-scale platform, enhances infrastructure with R&D, Security, and IT teams, and develops monitoring, automation, and CI/CD capabilities. The role includes production health oversight, on-call support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing AI-driven workflows. Required expertise includes Kubernetes, cloud platforms, configuration management, Linux and Windows, monitoring systems, security tools, programming, and DevOps experience.

Provides expert technical support for complex customer escalations, diagnosing and debugging software issues, creating patches and diagnostic tools, and coordinating with engineering teams. The role requires full-stack development with strong backend experience in .NET and multi-threaded environments, plus expertise in web services, WCF, IIS, and troubleshooting. Additional experience with SQL, Windows environments, Splunk, hypervisors, and customer support is preferred.
