Serve as the office’s first point of contact by handling incoming and outgoing calls, contacting customers by phone and email, distributing training materials and event information, and tracking confirmations of receipt or attendance. The role requires professional communication, dependable attendance, clear speech, interpersonal skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. This is a full-time, in-office position during standard business hours.

Designs, develops, and delivers law enforcement and leadership training programs using multimedia content. Produces graphics, video, and audio materials; conducts needs assessments; collaborates with subject matter experts; evaluates and updates programs; delivers in-person and virtual training; and maintains training documentation. The role requires strong instructional, communication, organizational, multimedia production, and independent project-management skills, along with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Generate new business through outbound cold calling, lead follow-up, phone-based communication, meeting scheduling, client relationship management, sales activity tracking, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
