Teams at Controlled Environment Systems

Supports sales of cold storage and environmental room solutions by assessing customer requirements, configuring products, preparing proposals and contracts, presenting technical information, generating estimates, and collaborating with engineering, design, and estimating teams. Builds customer relationships through site visits and presentations, prospects for opportunities, and supports warm leads and cold calling. Requires construction plan interpretation, construction methods knowledge, strong communication, and travel of approximately 25–50%.

Lead the design and analysis of HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial projects. Develop system submittals, calculations, diagrams, equipment selections, and conceptual designs while ensuring code compliance, performance, and energy efficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and project stakeholders; review models and drawings; support project planning and departmental initiatives; and provide technical guidance on evolving requirements and site conditions.
