Candidates will brief lawmakers, scale US campaigns, support civic action, and work closely with the Executive Director. Roles are tailored to each hire; in-person presence in D.C. is crucial. ControlAI seeks exceptional, high-achievement candidates for bespoke roles supporting AI policy, campaigning, media, events, and influencing policymakers. Hires will work closely with the CEO to define roles tailored to their skills and may produce content, run campaigns, draft policy, and build coalitions to advance the organisation's mission.

Lead congressional outreach and brief policymakers on the national security risks of superintelligent AI. Run campaign-style outreach, secure meetings, craft and refine persuasive briefing materials, build bipartisan relationships across government, and iterate messaging based on feedback. Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like nonprofit environment focused on measurable policy impact.
