Teams at Control Risks

Conduct OSINT and SOCMINT research on individuals and groups posing threats to clients. Gather, analyze, and validate information; follow leads; research new information sources; and contribute concise written analysis to bespoke threat assessments. The role also involves peer-reviewing intelligence outputs, collaborating with colleagues, and producing timely, actionable intelligence.

Manages multiple People Safety and Security initiatives for a major client, coordinating project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, reporting, and stakeholder actions. Partners with senior security leadership and global cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track, improve project management practices, and escalate roadblocks with recommended solutions. The role requires corporate security awareness and strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Produces enhanced due diligence reports for financial institution clients across the Asia Pacific region. Conducts open-source research, reviews corporate, litigation, regulatory, media, social media, and compliance records, and leads discreet interviews. Analyzes contentious issues, writes client-ready reports, manages researchers and subcontractors, supports project delivery, and contributes to quality assurance and service improvements. Requires bilingual Chinese and English research and writing expertise, strong China socio-political knowledge, critical thinking, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
