Teams at Control Risks

Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity. Support incident response, containment, remediation, and documentation. Execute and improve IR playbooks, perform threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, tune detections with Security Engineering, produce incident reports, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Provide first-line support for employee travel and events through real-time monitoring, traveler assistance, incident triage and escalation, situational summaries, targeted event monitoring, mass-notification management, and rapid intelligence updates to internal teams.

Coordinate triage of client requests and connect clients with relevant teams. Support crisis preparedness and response across financial crime, integrity, physical and information security. Assist in scoping, delivery, reporting, data collection/analysis, project controls, and predicting engagement time/cost outcomes. Develop training and internal references, prepare reports, support business development and marketing by converting cases to collateral, maintain client documentation, and implement product/account setups.
