Supports the eDiscovery lifecycle from data intake through production, including data processing, imports, exports, tracking, reporting, record keeping, and discrepancy investigation. Collaborates with project managers and cross-functional teams, follows standard operating procedures, maintains tickets and schedules, and develops solutions for problematic data with senior guidance. The role requires data analysis, familiarity with computer forensics and litigation support, problem-solving ability, and advanced English proficiency.

Monitors, triages, investigates, and responds to cyber threats across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity environments. Conducts threat hunting, incident containment and remediation, detection tuning, root cause analysis, and incident documentation. Executes and improves response playbooks, applies threat intelligence, collaborates with Security Engineering, and supports escalation within a 24/7 detection and response operation.
