Leads the Kingston plant’s quality function, QC Inspectors, inspection standards, corrective actions, MRB processes, KPI reporting, audits, operator training, and QMS development. Partners with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to reduce defects, improve processes, implement Lean practices, and address supplier and manufacturing root causes. Requires five-plus years of manufacturing quality experience, technical drawing and specification knowledge, structured problem-solving expertise, and strong communication skills.

Leads the Madill plant’s quality function, supervising QC inspectors and managing quality systems end to end. Drives root-cause corrective action, MRB processes, defect reduction, KPI reporting, inspection standards, 5S, operator training, supplier and process improvements, and ISO 9001 audits. Builds and develops the plant’s formal Quality Management System while partnering with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and plant leadership.

Leads the overall performance, strategy, safety, compliance, financial results, and operations of a manufacturing plant. Drives Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process control, continuous improvement, quality, productivity, and cost management. Builds high-performing cross-functional teams, develops future leaders, oversees capital and capacity planning, manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, and maintains regulatory and environmental compliance.
