Lead Contour’s organisation-wide learning framework, own onboarding and career pathways, and run the Contour Leadership Academy. Coach Team Leaders, deliver facilitation and Predictive Index debriefs, use engagement data to target capability gaps, and recruit and develop a junior coaching team as the program scales.

Own Contour’s multi-entity finance function below the CFO, leading month-end and year-end close, executive reporting, audit readiness, cashflow forecasting, compliance, controls, and working capital management. Lead entity integrations, finance process automation, AI adoption, dashboards, and ERP or BI implementations. Manage and develop Finance Analysts and a Junior Accountant while partnering with operational and executive leaders to support national growth.

Own and improve the Mathematics, English, and Writing curriculum for Victorian selective-entry and scholarship exams. Responsibilities include mapping exam requirements, developing and auditing learning resources, creating diagnostics and mock exams, analyzing student performance and feedback, applying educational research, using AI to build and quality-check materials, and teaching at least one class. The role requires rapid resource delivery for a November launch and collaboration with program leadership.
