Continuum of Colorado is a nonprofit agency supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives. It partners with individuals and families to provide lifetime, person-centered support, including home and community assistance, therapeutic services, adult and senior day activities, residential options, supported employment, and benefits counseling. Its services are designed to help people build independence, pursue personal goals, and participate in their communities.
