Lead Signal-Return’s strategic direction, fundraising, financial stewardship, programs, operations, staff, community partnerships, and board relations. The Executive Director will secure grants, donations, and sponsorships; oversee educational workshops and exhibitions; manage budgeting, reporting, payroll, and compliance; and expand the nonprofit’s visibility and impact within Detroit’s arts community.

Lead HR service delivery for nonprofit clients: manage HR generalist teams, advise on employee relations, compliance, union matters, talent and performance, run complex projects, optimize HR systems and SOPs, and maintain strong client relationships.

Serve as the primary financial liaison to nonprofit clients, delivering financial oversight, reporting, budgeting, grant and project accounting, and strategic advisory. Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensure compliance with grant requirements, improve financial processes, and maintain strong client relationships to support mission-driven organizations.
