Lead end-to-end product development for an AI-first learning platform: conduct discovery and research, prototype with AI tools, define requirements and metrics, prioritize roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Lead and evolve email marketing and CDP operations: build audience segments, manage automations and deliverability, enforce data governance and compliance, drive AI-enabled personalization and omni-channel orchestration (including direct mail), manage reporting tying engagement to revenue, recommend MarTech, and manage one or more team members.
