Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot bead winding and apex bead machines (including Conti Filler machines). Train and audit operators, perform machine surveillance and drum changes, maintain daily machine records, complete function checks, and follow ESH/safety procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Support integration of quality processes into manufacturing systems, ensure compliance with QMS and IATF 16949, coordinate structured problem solving (SPS), lead root cause analyses and corrective actions, validate manufacturing processes, conduct trainings, moderate FMEAs, and support customer claim investigations and continuous improvement.

Setup, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain passenger tire-building machines. Perform drum changes, machine alignment, tooling identification/storage, first-tire audits, routine MTC checks, document machine changes, communicate malfunctions, and follow safety and ESH procedures.
