Manage complex tenders, supplier negotiations, sourcing decisions, framework contracts, procurement strategies, savings targets, and catalogue implementation. Develop regional category strategies, coordinate stakeholders, manage supplier relationships and evaluations, drive cost and total-cost-of-ownership improvements, ensure supplier compliance, and lead category-related projects. The role requires automotive or manufacturing purchasing experience and familiarity with SAP, sourcing platforms, and MS Office.

Conduct daily safety inspections; manage health, first aid, and health-monitoring programs; maintain safety and health reporting and documentation; oversee contractor safety controls; and manage industrial hygiene monitoring.

Manage O2O platform operations, sales growth, campaigns, vendors, and platform relationships. Develop operational plans, monitor vendor execution, track campaign performance, analyze GMV, conversion rate, ATV, and competitors, and produce business reports. Lead project implementation, maintain supportive documentation, and identify additional business opportunities across ecommerce and retail platforms.
