Lead Americas commercial specialty tire supply chain: demand planning, S&OP, inventory/replenishment, RDC and logistics management, network and capacity strategy, cross-functional alignment, team leadership, and continuous improvement to optimize service, cost, and risk mitigation.

Manage customer order queues and inquiries via Salesforce, enter and validate orders in SAP, resolve pricing/product conflicts, ensure order fulfillment, correct EDI errors, handle claims, coordinate with pricing/supply chain/master data, collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, recommend product solutions, drive process improvements, and maintain work instructions.
