Teams at Continental Service Group, LLC

Supports the marketing team by coordinating RFPs, sales proposals, client programs, social media, website updates, email campaigns, advertising, direct mail, trade shows, corporate events, and promotional materials. Creates and manages marketing communications, graphics, photos, videos, and content while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements. Requires strong communication, creativity, computer skills, independent judgment, and up to 15% travel.

Assists with developing, automating, and maintaining predictive and descriptive models using company data assets. Performs data mining, statistical analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis to support consumer collection analytics and executive decision-making. Collaborates with IS, Finance, Operations, business leaders, peers, and vendors on data and system projects, process improvements, and decision-support solutions.

Supports Operations and IT teams through business requirements gathering, process improvement, system testing, workflow analysis, compliance remediation, documentation, reporting, and CCMS enhancement initiatives. Acts as a subject matter expert on business processes, regulations, and system functionality while validating solutions and troubleshooting issues.
