Manage dealership financing and F&I product sales, process and verify all vehicle sale paperwork, secure lender approvals, train sales staff on finance programs, handle collections, regulatory checks, and contract funding to maximize dealer profit and ensure customers receive completed vehicle deliveries.

Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online chats to schedule dealership appointments. Must type 45+ WPM, use basic computer and spreadsheet tools, and learn company systems. Full-time, in-office training with hybrid/remote options for Texas residents after 90 days. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year. Support Sales Consultants by greeting guests, presenting vehicles, setting up in-car technology, and ensuring vehicles are clean and delivery-ready. Handle fueling, drop off/pick up with detail, pair customers with their new vehicle, explain features, warranty and maintenance, schedule follow-ups and aftermarket services, and assist with customer questions and second-date appointments.
