Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online chats to schedule dealership appointments. Must type 45+ WPM, use basic computer and spreadsheet tools, and learn company systems. Full-time, in-office training with hybrid/remote options for Texas residents after 90 days. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year. Provide onsite IT support at CAG San Juan: troubleshoot hardware/software, manage onboarding/offboarding, create and resolve tickets, perform imaging, maintain AV and network connectivity, support endpoints and MDM, and escalate repairs to vendors. Work shifts within 6:00am–8:00pm and assist with physical moves and cable work.

Manage dealership financing and F&I product sales, process and verify all vehicle sale paperwork, secure lender approvals, train sales staff on finance programs, handle collections, regulatory checks, and contract funding to maximize dealer profit and ensure customers receive completed vehicle deliveries.
