Support Mercedes-Benz Sales Team by handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, processing purchase/finance paperwork, maintaining CRM data, coordinating test drives and deliveries, managing online leads, assisting showroom presentation, conducting market research, and participating in sales meetings and training to enable Sales Consultants to focus on customer relationships and closings.

Lead and coach the dealership sales team: organize schedules, hiring, training, and goals; develop sales strategies, budgets, and promotions; assist with car sales, appraise trade‑ins, manage lot merchandising, handle customer complaints and sensitive client information to ensure high satisfaction.

Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online chats to schedule dealership appointments. Must type 45+ WPM, use basic computer and spreadsheet tools, and learn company systems. Full-time, in-office training with hybrid/remote options for Texas residents after 90 days. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
