Leads Colorado government relations, state agency partnerships, contracts, and a portfolio of healthcare and health information technology projects. Oversees project delivery, scopes of work, invoicing documentation, revenue monitoring, reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-department coordination. Develops strategic initiatives with government agencies, manages staff performance and recruitment, and ensures contracted services meet scope and timeline requirements. Requires strong knowledge of healthcare, public policy, government agencies, and project management.

Leads development and engagement strategy, strategic account management, participant retention, sales growth, and team performance. Oversees engagement budgets, reporting, credentialing, data quality, client support, sales campaigns, and cross-functional workflows. Builds relationships with healthcare organizations, identifies expansion opportunities, supports contract closures, and ensures compliance with health information exchange requirements. Manages staff recruitment, training, coaching, and daily operations while partnering with executive, marketing, communications, finance, and technology teams.
