Manage a $5M+ ARR portfolio of 20–25 enterprise accounts, developing success plans, driving adoption, retention, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Lead business reviews and workshops, identify churn risks, forecast retention, negotiate upsells, advise on Contentstack implementations, mentor CSMs, use AI and customer-success tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and commercial growth.

Prospect new DACH-region customers through phone and email, qualify sales meetings, build pipeline, and support revenue growth. Partner with account executives on named-account strategies, engage IT and marketing decision-makers, collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and events, meet activity and meeting quotas, and use Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools to improve productivity.

Lead end-to-end global payroll processing (US multi-state and international), own payroll tax withholdings/filings and registrations, manage payroll audits and notices, partner with People Ops/Benefits/Accounting, and improve payroll processes and systems (ADP and international payroll platforms).
