Establish guardrails for AI-generated deployment code, protect secrets and customer data, mentor engineers, and improve availability, deployment speed, and developer experience.

Lead reliability and DevOps engineering for highly available, scalable systems. Define SRE metrics and error budgets, build secure infrastructure and delivery pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure as code, develop automation and observability tools, conduct performance testing and capacity planning, and lead incident response. The role also involves AI-assisted operations, vulnerability remediation, architecture reviews, documentation, on-call participation, and postmortem follow-through.
