Lead enterprise analytical modeling and governance across Snowflake and dbt. Define modeling standards, semantic layers, and governed metrics; partner with data engineering and BI teams to enable secure, scalable analytics, CI/CD, and AI-enabled workflows while mentoring engineers and recommending platform improvements.

Lead and develop an Austin-based BDR team, embed AI-driven outbound practices, prioritize accounts using intent data, collaborate with Revenue Operations, BIT and Marketing, build scalable outbound processes, run experiments, and align globally with EMEA BDR leadership. Requires in-office presence and some travel.

Lead end-to-end global payroll processing (US multi-state and international), own payroll tax withholdings/filings and registrations, manage payroll audits and notices, partner with People Ops/Benefits/Accounting, and improve payroll processes and systems (ADP and international payroll platforms).
