Contentstack Benefits Overview

Build and operate scalable backend services and APIs for Contentstack’s AI platform. Responsibilities include event-driven integrations, LLM provider integration, usage metering, testing, CI/CD, cloud deployments, Kubernetes debugging, security practices, release ownership, Agile collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers.

Own QA strategy for web and API platforms, including manual, automated, regression, performance, and data-pipeline testing. Build and maintain Playwright or Selenium frameworks, integrate quality gates into CI/CD, manage flaky tests, validate analytics data, and produce QA metrics. Collaborate with developers through code reviews, improve test coverage, mentor junior engineers, and support release decisions across cloud environments.

Lead enterprise analytical architecture, data modeling standards, semantic layers, governed metrics, and analytics engineering practices across Snowflake and dbt. Design secure data access patterns, optimize performance, establish governance and CI/CD standards, partner with technical and business stakeholders, mentor analytics engineers, and guide platform evolution. The role also supports AI-enabled analytics, Snowflake ML workloads, RAG architectures, Salesforce GTM data modeling, and BI platform integrations.
