Teams at Contentful

Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle across North American accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Develop pipeline and account strategies, lead consultative and value-based engagements, manage complex stakeholder relationships, present business cases and ROI, and execute MEDPICC qualification. Partner with business development, solutions engineering, customer success, marketing, and partners to win new business and expand existing accounts. The role expects 30% travel.

Build and maintain Contentful Marketplace features, applications, services, APIs, and developer tooling. Contribute across Applied AI, extensibility, integrations, and platform capabilities while improving contribution workflows, trust and safety, reliability, observability, and operational quality. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, own software in production, and use AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity and delivery.

Partners with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to conduct technical discovery, presentations, solution design, proofs of concept, and customer demonstrations. Advises prospects on digital transformation, validates technical requirements, mitigates risks, supports RFIs and security questionnaires, and communicates product feedback internally. Collaborates with solution architects and customer success teams to support successful customer implementations. Requires SaaS solution engineering experience, strong technical communication, and REST API expertise.
