Designs and operates scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-availability cloud contact center services. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, security practices, incident playbooks, third-line support, zero-downtime deployments, troubleshooting, research, and proof-of-concept projects. The role collaborates with development and support teams and includes scheduled overnight and weekend rotations.

Supports manual, regression, and automated testing of new and existing software. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, identifying and tracking defects, reviewing requirements, maintaining quality metrics, investigating issues, and improving testing processes. The role collaborates with QA, Applications, and Product teams while developing technical skills and progressing toward a Quality Assurance Engineer position.

Lead automated test development, maintain manual and automated test suites, investigate defects, coordinate testing, improve QA processes, and mentor QA Engineers. Collaborate with Applications, Change Engineering, and Product teams to support releases, track testing metrics, and increase software quality and automation coverage.
