Coordinates recruitment activities, including interviews, candidate communications, job adverts, CV screening, ATS records, offers, pre-employment checks, and recruitment reporting. Supports onboarding, employee records, People Team administration, internal communications, training activities, employer-branding events, and recruitment campaigns. Handles confidential information while providing a professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.

Manage and maintain a global development platform supporting product build, testing, and release on cloud platforms. Responsibilities include CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, orchestration, automation, monitoring, observability, security, incident response, reliability, disaster recovery, and deployment support. Requires at least two years of infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, plus scripting skills and familiarity with cloud technologies, operating systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts, renewals, customer relationships, QBRs, retention, and upsell opportunities. Build account development plans, identify revenue growth opportunities, forecast pipeline in CRM, and coordinate internal teams to deliver customer outcomes. Maintain knowledge of the storm platform, cloud contact center, and SaaS markets while serving as a customer advocate. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, consultative selling, negotiation, and at least three years of enterprise account management experience.
