Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Content Guru's cloud CX platform: identify and qualify opportunities, build strategic account plans, manage RFPs and proposals, negotiate contracts, demonstrate solutions, forecast pipeline, and achieve revenue targets while traveling to client sites, events, and occasionally the Reston office. Role restricted to US nationals.

Develop, test, deploy and maintain applications and services across the full software development lifecycle. Write clean code (C#, TypeScript/JavaScript), contribute to design, perform testing and code reviews, support releases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate within an agile team to meet customer requirements and improve platform capability.
