Provide sales and client development support by managing client onboarding, preparing and routing SOWs, maintaining CRM and matter-management records, coordinating proposals/RFPs, supporting client communications, and collaborating with finance and internal teams to ensure accurate sales operations and follow-up.

Support sales team with client onboarding, CRM and matter-management updates, sales documentation (SOWs, proposals, RFPs), and client-facing follow-up. Maintain records in Salesforce, Apollo, QuickBase, coordinate with finance and project teams, and prepare sales collateral. Provide polished, detail-oriented support to improve sales workflow accuracy and help scale client-development efforts, with potential to grow into direct sales over time.
