Leads the design, implementation, optimization, and auditability of Generative AI and machine learning solutions for eDiscovery, litigation, and investigations. Consults with clients and legal counsel, develops prompts and AI workflows, collaborates with engineering, trains internal teams, and reports AI performance metrics to leadership. Requires strong expertise in Python, prompt engineering, LLMs, advanced ML, eDiscovery platforms, and communicating technical concepts to business and legal audiences.

Develop and maintain custom applications, automation tools, database solutions, integrations, and low-code workflows using C#/.NET, Python, SQL, Oracle, and related technologies. Responsibilities include testing, quality control, data extraction, troubleshooting, documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also supports AI-enabled solutions, MCP integrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and client-facing advisory projects.

Supports eDiscovery evidence intake, shipment, storage, archival, restoration, and case closeouts. Maintains digital and physical evidence organization, chain-of-custody documentation, and standard operating procedures. Performs quality assurance checks, prepares self-collection kit images, collaborates with forensic and project teams, and assists with data center processes. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for some weekends and holidays.
