The role also involves mentoring engineers, influencing cloud strategy, and evaluating emerging technologies such as Azure OpenAI, IoT, and cloud-native services.

Leads affiliate marketing and digital offers programs, manages partner relationships and commission structures, analyzes campaign performance and ROI, coordinates marketing content, and supports product launches and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborates with product, finance, digital banking, marketing, and external partners to optimize campaigns, ensure accurate offers and messaging, and drive product awareness, adoption, and growth.

Investigates and processes debit card fraud and disputes, communicates account status and resolutions to members, processes card applications, researches transactions, coordinates with fraud and risk teams, and prepares operational reports. The role requires accurate documentation, cross-functional communication, and member support in a hybrid banking environment.

Manage early-stage delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound member calls, explain payment options, establish arrangements, document collection activity, and support repossession-related cases. The Collector also monitors payment activity, responds to emails, reviews account queues, educates members on payment tools, collaborates across departments, and contributes to process improvements.

Supports application security testing, vulnerability analysis, remediation validation, WAF monitoring, API security reviews, secure design discussions, code reviews, and security assessments. The role documents application security processes, researches emerging threats, and collaborates with development and technology teams to promote secure coding throughout the SDLC.
